§ 01

Purpose and provider details

This document governs the use of the Terruño site and the placement of orders through it. The service provider is Terruño SL, holding tax number B12345678, hereinafter Terruño.

By browsing or registering, you accept the present terms in their current version. If you do not agree with any clause, please refrain from using the site.

§ 02

User registration

Registration is voluntary and free of charge. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for keeping it up to date, as well as for safeguarding their credentials.

Terruño may suspend or cancel accounts in the event of misuse, impersonation or non-payment, with prior notice where appropriate.

§ 03

Offers, prices and availability

Prices are listed in euros and include any applicable VAT. Shipping costs are broken down in the basket before the order is confirmed.

The availability of each reference depends on the producer. If a sold-out reference were sold by technical error, Terruño will contact you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

§ 04

Placement of the order

The order is deemed placed once you receive the confirmation email with the order number. Until then, the transaction is considered ongoing and may be cancelled by either party.

The invoice is issued in the name of the person or entity stated at the time of payment. To amend it, please write to us within 24 hours of confirmation.

§ 05

Right of withdrawal

You have fourteen calendar days from the receipt of the order to withdraw without justification, pursuant to article 102 of the Spanish Consumers Act (Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios).

Withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods that have been opened or consumed, to sealed batches whose seal has been broken, or to services already rendered (in-person tastings, visits).

§ 06

Liability

Terruño is liable for the conformity of the goods delivered. We are not, however, liable for the effects of consumption when the producer's instructions, storage rules or allergen warnings published on the profile are ignored.

§ 07

Intellectual property

Editorial texts, photographs and site design are the property of Terruño or of the contributing authors. Any reuse requires written authorisation, except for reasonable quotation with attribution.

§ 08

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to the consumer's statutory forum. For enquiries, write to hola@terruno.es.
